An Update On COVID-19

Dear friends,

At The ART, a hotel, the safety and well-being of our guests and team members is of the utmost importance and will remain as such, especially in today’s travel climate. We understand that there is an increased level of uncertainty when it comes to travel and public spaces and want you to know that we’re closely monitoring the U.S Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC) for updates and guidance on the COVID-19 issue.

In light of the latest government guidance, and in addition to maintaining extensive daily sanitation procedures, we have implemented additional disinfection measures across the property with a focus on public spaces and "high touch items" including: faucets and toilet levers, doorknobs, handles and locks, handrails, property phones, light switches and our laundry facility. When cleaning guest rooms, we are thoroughly cleaning every surface, paying attention to details and our team wears a fresh pair of gloves and mask. During your stay, we are not  providing housekeeping service, however someone is on-site 24 hours a day and would be happy to provide fresh linens or replenish any amenities found within the room. These measures have been put in place to ensure safety to you and our team. Signage and distance markers have been placed throughout the public areas and we kindly ask that all of our guests adhere to them and wear masks or face coverings while in these spaces. We are also in regular communication internally to ensure our team knowledge and awareness remains current, and that all preventative measures are followed diligently in each of our departments.

An update on FIRE

FIRE Restaurant and Lounge is currently open for dine-in service, as well as order and pick-up for our in-house guests. We are closely following the state and city's regulations in order to make sure we are meeting and upholding any mandated guidelines (*Restaurant and food service guidelines for our state are regularly updated and can be found here). Contactless QR menus are available in our dining areas and inside the guest rooms; paper menus are also available in the dining areas upon request.
